Job Description:

  • Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.
  • Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.
  • Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.
  • Good communication skill and networking skills.
  • Should be presentable and well aware of sales techniques and etiquettes.
  • Additional knowledge of SALES FORCE is a plus.
  • Should have handled sales of 1.5 Cr – 5 Cr worth properties
  • Working for accomplishing self and team target.

Experience: 4 –7 Yrs
Education: Any Graduate

  • To Handle Client enquiries. (Inbound & outbound calls)
  • To be the first point of contact between the client and the company.
  • Explain the project details and specifications and coordinate with the client for the site visit for sales team to conduct sales activity.
  • Lead Management: Maintain the database of each client’s enquiry and follow up for the  Site Visit
  • Sales Support: To handle walkin clients as when required to explain about the project and to walk through the Mock Unit.

Experience: 2- 4 Yrs
